Hi. Is the Corsair TX850M Gold 80+ PSU compatible with MSI B450 Tomahawk?

As long as it has a 4 pin EPS connector and 24 pin ATX connector it will work.
Edit: Looking at it now, it definitely does have those cables so you are fine.
