Question psu compatibility

what psu's that are 1000w 80+ gold - titanium, work with the Gigabyte AORUS GeForce RTX 2080 Xtreme.
because i bought a rmx 1000w from cosair and the pins didn't fit into the pci-e things for the gpu, so i just used my old un named psu.

PCIe connectors on any PSU are universal. They should connect to your GPU without issues unless you've been using the wrong connector on the GPU. Might want to share a picture of the PCIe connectors on the GPU as well as the PSU's side.

Also, no-name PSU's aren't a healthy diet to have with high end hardware in your computer.

That PSU is 100% compatible with your setup.

Make sure you are using the right side of the modular cable. The end that plugs into the psu won't fit in the gpu.

Also make sure you are not trying to use an 8-pin(4+4) EPS connector(cpu power) as that won't fit either and the RM1000x comes with 2 of them.
