Hello.. So my old PSU is dying and I found this new PSU that I bought a while ago lying around the house.
The problem is I don't really know much about computers so can I ask you guys if it is compatible with my current build. My friend gave me this computer and I don't want it to go to waste and I'm currently low in budget and I think it's good to ask you guys some questions.
Specs:
Old PSU: Bestone 450g V2 which is has a total output of 450W
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8300 2.83GHz
Motherboard: Intel® Q35/Q33/G35/G31/P31 Express Chipset
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT
Ram: I have 4GB of ram. (Don't know the brand)
One HDD
The new PSU I want to know if it's compatible is Neutron Electron Power Supply 700W.
I don't know if it's possible because I don't know much about this kind of things and I'm desperate because it would be a waste if I don't use this new PSU.
