EDITED:
Hi, I’ve bought an Evga 8800GTS KO ACS3. It will need 28A on +12V rails. This is the PSU I’ve chosen.

My confusion is about the Single VS Multiple +12V rails. 8800GTS need 28A on +12V rail. Does this mean combined +12V rails (if it has more than one +12V rails, like this one) OR one of the two +12V rails? It has 52A on combined (14A+23A+15A) +12 rails but it has highest 23A on the single +12V rails. So which will count – the highest single one’s A or combined rails A. This is where I get confused. Please help.
Thanks in advance.
My rig: (I’m building a new PC)
E6600
2 x 1GB RAM
120GB HD
DVD
GA P965 DS3 mobo.
