Question PSU confusion

I was told this PSU is 500W but I read max 144.
So is it 500W or not ?

Ram: 8gb 1600mhz DDR3
HDD: Toshiba 500Gb
GPU: Asus Phoenix gtx 1050 2gb

I was looking to see what this psu it is because i want to upgrade my cpu because of my bottleneck.
