Hey guys -

I'm new to building, so just wanted to clear up my confusion on the PSU/Crossfire issue.

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817139020&Tpk=650tx%20v2

According to this link, it claims to have 2xPCIe connectors.

According to this link, the 650TX v2 should be able to run TWO HD 6950s - yet when I look at Sapphire's website, it says I need 4X75 Watt 6 Pin Connectors

So, does this mean the 650TX v2 is still not capable of Crossfire, since it doesn't appear to have the required connectors listed by Sapphire? Thanks for the help. I'm not necessarily Crossfiring right away, but I'd like to be able to in the near future.

Solution
Your PSU is electrically capable of powering (2) HD 6950s in crossfire, but lacks sufficient 6-pin PCIe power cables. Typically nothing below 700W+ PSUs will have sufficient PCIe power cables. You can use molex-6-pin PCIe cable adapters to provide the other two PCIe cables that you require. These adapter cables are usually provided with the video cards...make sure you keep these adapter cables if you don't want to buy them later on.
