Hey! I'm creating a new build that I want to be able to overclock the i9-9900K with to 5.0~5.2 GHz...

I need to know what connectors are needed to power the CPU when overclocking to that degree

Will the be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 850W PSU suffice? It's listed to have the following CPU connectors: 4+4-pins EPS, 4-pins ATX, 8-pins EPS

Also, will the Corsair Hydro H150i Pro RGB 360mm AIO provide enough cooling?

Thanks ~

Your expectations may be a bit high.

As of 12/07/2018 from silicon lottery:
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.3v Vcore
And AVX offset = 2.

I9-9900K

5.0 41%
4.9 85%
4.8 100%

The connectors you need will be determined by the Z390 motherboard you pick.
A 8 pin connector will be the minimum, but there are boards that have 8+4 and 8+8 connectors also.

The power of the psu you need is largely determined by your graphics card.
750w on a good quality psu will run even a RTX2080ti.
The unit you picked is excellent and will handle anything.

For cooling, first start with your case.
It needs to be able to have sufficient airflow for the cooler you want to use.
With good case cooling, even a good dual tower air cooler will do.
Noctua NH-D15s or DRP4.

H150I installed well with air intake from the outside will be fine.

You have plenty of conections and a first rate PSU:
Yes the cooler is a good one:

Connectors:

Main Connector
20+4 Pin

12V Power CPU Connectors
1 x 4+4 Pin ATX/EPS 12V, 1 x 8 Pin EPS 12V :)

PCI-Express Connector

Mainly workstation in fact... I want to run VMs and use it to learn things among which programming, networking, debugging as well as streaming and video editing, but I also seem to place importance on gaming performance. I need to make a final decision on CPU choice for that matter

Thank you both for the elaborate explanation

Also thanks for letting me know of this, helps me determining whether or not to go for this CPU

From what I could understand the Aorus Master Z390 motherboard has 8+8 pin CPU connector, whilst the PSU has only one 8 and another 4+4... I'm not sure if those are compatible with eachother, but my guess is they are not

Which is a bit of a shame, because I liked this Dark Power Pro 11. The only other viable option I could find that has dual 8-pin connectors is the Seasonic Prime series
