[PSU]Cooler Master B Series - 500W VER.2; safe for this build?

Hi, i think i am pretty close to finalize my build, the last thing i am still a bit puzzled about is the PSU choice.

MOBO: AM3+ MSI 970 GAMING
CPU: AM3 plus AMD FX 6350 - Black Edition
GPU: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 750 Ti Black Edition OC - 2 Go
RAM: Corsair VENGEANCE 2 x 4 Go DDR3 1600 MHz CAS 9
HDD: 3.5 Seagate Desktop HDD - 1 To (Barracuda 7200.14 series)
SSD: Kingston SSDNow V300 - 240 Go
Case: Advance X11

Now i was going to get a Cooler Master B Series - 500W VER.2 but i keep reading i shouldn't get a cheap PSU; although i read overall good review for Cooler Master.

So what exactly do i have to look for in a PSU?

I don't care about it being modular, the noise doesn't bother me, i don't mind a higher power bill, all i care about is that my build runs alright and that my components are safe (so i guess i am probably more concerned about the heat factor).

Do i put my computer at risk by using the "Cooler Master B Series - 500W VER.2" ?

If i do, what would you recomand for a budget PSU that is safe for the components and doesn't heat too much?

I'd avoid that PSU. When you're looking for a PSU you generally want to look for one from a reputable brand that has good reviews and good peak efficiency. In terms of a budget PSU for a build, I'd recommend any of the following:
XFX TS 550W 80 Plus Gold certified Power Supply Unit
Seasonic S12-II 520W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply

Those PSUs are excellent budget components and you can't go wrong with xfx/seasonic

Alright thank you for your quick answer; i can't seem to find XFX to ship into my country so i guess i am going to go with seasonic.

I see that my estimate power wattage range between 61W and 289W without the case (4*120mm built-in fans), should i still get the 520W or do you think the 430W should do the trick? The most likely upgrade i will do will be adding 2 more 4Go RAM. I don't plan on overclocking in an immediate future, but if i were to do so, what increase in Wattage need should i expect from the estimate?

The Seasonic S12-II 430W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply would also do the job. If you were to add more RAM i think the 430W would be good. However for overlclocking, I always recommend a leaving some power in the tank so in that case I'd with the 520W. But it also depends on how much overclocking you are going to do

So, would 10% OC translate into approximately 10% more power draw?

Okay in that case, I'd go for a 600W PSU. It's always better to have more than less. Seasonic S12-II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified Wired Power Supply would be fine. I know I've recommended a higher wattage PSU by a fair bit but for an overclock you need to ensure that you are supplying enough power at the correct voltage to sustain a stable overclock
