PSU cooling fan

I own a Seasonic M12II 620W and was wondering how the airflow of the power supply works

does the fan of it blow air out?(heat gets exhausted inside the computer case)

or does it blow air in?(air inside the computer case goes inside the PSU and exits on the back)

Every PSU I've seen exhausts air outside the case, I'm not aware of any that pull air from outside the case, though I may be wrong, God knows there's a ton of PSUs out there.

All PSU's will exhaust air out of the case. The fan pulls air from inside the case (or from the bottom of the case if oriented that way) into the PSU which then flows out the back.
