PSU Corsair 450VX is enought for GTX 285 / HD4890? Full system spec

Sup guys, i want to know if my Corsair 450vx PSU will be able to handle my system config with a new graphic card...

System Specs:

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 C0 @ 3.6GHz [400x9] 1.26v w/ eXtream SuperFlower Ice Cube SF-901 + Artic Silver 5
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-EP43-DS3L @ F9C
Memory: 2x 2GB Corsair Dominator 1066Mhz [5-5-5-15 2T] 2.1v {400x2.66D}
Storage: 2x Seagate 1.5TB SATA II + 2x Samsung 750GB SATA II
DVD Burner: Pioneer 216D SATA
Sound card: X-Fi Titanium PCI-E
Graphic Card: ATI powercoloer HD4850 PCS+ 1GB {this one will be replaced}
Mouse: Razer DeathAdder 3G
Keyboard: Razer Lycosa
Ethernet: D-Link DGE-530T
Zalman ZM-MFC1 Fan Controller
Case: Goldship Elegance (3x 120mm fan 3x 80mm fan 2x 92mm fan {including CPU cooler fans})

And one more question: Which video card will be better for 1920x1080 resolution?? Because i sold my old monitor and i'm using my TV Samsung 40" LCD Full HD now...

XFX GTX 285 1GB

BTW: E8400 with any of the new video cards will have bottle neck GPU x CPU?
