Hello, I have a Thermaltake Purepower 550W PSU and I plan to buy a Gigabyte B450M DS3H Motherboard. The thing is that looking at the CPU cable of the PSU, it seems it wont fit the motherboard's socket.
The cable on the PSU is split in 2 (4+4) i know that, but one half is 2 round pins and 2 square pins, and the other one is just 4 round pins.
On the motherboard in one half is 2 round pins and 2 square pins and the other one is the same.
I dont know if this is going to be a problema to power up the cpu or if could damage some of the components.
