I have a
CPU i7 6850k
Mobo asrock x99 taichi
GPU1 rx Vega 64
GPU2 rx Vega 64
GPU3 gtx 1080
Psu1 Corsair hx1200i
Psu2 Corsair hx1200
Psu3 Evga supernova 650 watt gold
Cooler one of the cryorig ones I think it's the a40 or a40 ultimate

My first config was a gpu3 and psu 3
Results: perfect post worked since the day I built it

Second config psu 1 GPU 1 and 2
Results: I get a click no start up I plug out CPU cable no start up

Third config psu 2 GPU 1 and 2
Results: same

Fourth config psu 3 and psu 1 gpu 1 and 2
Results: I jumped the evga psu with a psu tester it beeps I get a phone of 300 5vsg of 5.1 a +12v of L.L a -12v of 12.2 confused at this point the htx 1200 has all the gpus plugged in and no sata or periphs are connected and the CPU is plugged into the 650 watt the other 2 psu give me good reading but the 650watt gives me the odd reading only in this config I managed to get it to post but I don't want to stuff 2 psu into my already crammed Corsair glass Case the 4something something rgb x

Solution
make sure the mb has the newest bios on it. one issue mau be that with three video cards in the system there pulling at post more power then the mb can give. some of these x99 gaming mb have plugs to give the pci slots more power. check that the gpu have the newest firmware on them too. make sure your using the right cables for exch power supply. not all cables will work in all power supplys.
