PSU crackling noise

Recently i bought a new PSU (EVGA Supernova G2). It does a crackling sound like that (not my video):

which gets louder as the CPU load goes up (but is barely audible when under low load). Previously i had a new Corsair RM PSU which also made the same sound so i replaced it for the EVGA one. Is really the PSU the problem (since 2 new ones have the same problem)?

As it turns out it wasnt the PSU, it was just a PSU fan going bad.

It does sound like a fan issue, when the noise starts, it starts "light" and it gets louder and louder.. and then it dies out slowly.
It happens when under load or while idle.

If anyone has any suggestion, let me know.
