PSU crackling sound

For a while now my PSU has made a considerably loud crackling sound, quite similar to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1FdCKZ8qaUU up until now I just dismissed it as a fan issue, but now I'm sure it's coming from the PSU and not my GPU fan. Should I replace the PSU? It's corsair and I know they're horrendously notorious for failing, but I haven't had a problem in the 7 years I've owned it, up until now at least. What would you guys recommend as a reasonable 700W PSU replacement?

You're still with the phenom and gtx 650 ti? For that do you not need a >700watt psu.
This one should already do fine,even with a more per hungry gpu,
