Question PSU died but replacement hasn’t fixed problems

My power supply died a few days ago so i replaced the power supply and it worked fine for a few hours, but now when i turn on the pc, the lights will flash and fans will spin for around half a second then the system won’t turn on. after it does this i can’t get it to do anything again unless i turn the PSU on and off again, but it does the same thing again.

ok so i took out the gpu and it turned on fine but my cpu doesn’t have dedicated graphics and idk why the gpu wouldnkeep the pc from turning on
