Hey guys,
So I have a problem, my computer doesn't boot, DOES POST, but almost immediately after, will power off. I purchased a new PSU(today, as I found that the old one died) the old one wouldn't power it, the new one does so w/e.

ANYWAY, I still can't boot and I'm wondering what you guys are thinking. I DID have momentary bios control(just for a second) at one point, but now I can't get anything but fans to spin(which lasts between 3~5 seconds, then it 'reboots'(Powers off and does the same thing again))

I'm afraid that the PSU might've burnt out the CPU but I'm wondering if anyone else has any ideas.

Thanks!

Have you tried single RAM modules to eliminate a bad stick? Maybe a failed BIOS chip. Since it does post, but then shuts down, it almost sounds thermal so either, obviously, MB (Assuming BIOS chip to be part of the motherboard) or CPU unless somehow you got another bad PSU. What brand and model number of PSU did you go with?
