Im planning to buy a new psu
I got 2 list of it

1. Seasonic M12-750W Full Modular 80+ bronze

2. Seasonic G-650W Modular 80+Gold

Cons on m12 is like bronze but its full modular and more wattage.
Cons on Gseries is not full modular and lower wattage but its gold effiency.

About the price, i thought they are nearly at the same level right?

Right now im using a lame 500w nonmodular psu which is maybe sufficient but not enough when im upgrading a new gpu

Not shure what GPU you are going to get, but a Seasonic is allways a Seasonic. Both very good PSUs.
If you are going to get a Pascal Card, assuming that the 500w was enough for your system with your old card (if it´s at least an averagely decent gaming card), it won´t probably need much more wattage than you already need. It´s your choice, but probably the 650W one will be more than enough for you. Even if you get a new generation AMD card, 650W will probably be enough.
You didn´t mention your specs or the planned upgrade, so I have to guess a little.
Still, I´m pretty shure that will be enough. At the end of the day, you´ll have a Seasonic PSU. And that´s a good choice.
