i7 6700 not K version
Asus H170 Pro
(old Atx 5670 GPU DDR3 1GB)

this above configure is planned to upgrade my old pc to new but i have some doubts about the power supply, how much power requirement needed to this configuration i have 450w, 400w zebronics smps.
is this enough to this processor ? or planned to buy "Antec BP450PS 450 Watt SMPS" is this enough to this configure.

please help
Thanks.

wattage wise you are probably ok.... power supply quality... meh, not so good. but that is probably beside the point here. you will need a power supply that is skylake approved(haswell approved likely is good too). the reason being is the power supply needs to be stable at ultra low voltage calls when skylake goes into its lowest power states(idle/sleep). your old power supply probably wont work for you.

the antec vp450 is haswell compatible. that link i sent you was more informative about how modern cpu power states affect power supplies.

the built in igpu(intel hd 530) on the 6700k is going to be faster in every way than your old 5670, throw that in the trash lol. im just kidding, you can use it i guess if you need more outputs for more monitors, but otherwise its pretty much junk.
