My PSU drops down to 11.5V on my 12V rail (not all the time) when i play games like Metro 2033 redux, crysis 3 and farcry 4 on very high settings - is that safe?

    GPU2: MSI 770 gaming edition (2GB)
    CPU: AMD 8350 (4.5 GHz stock voltage)
    CPU køler: Coolermaster v8 GTS
    RAM: 2x4 HyperX furry 1666 MHz
    MOBO: Asus crosshair v formula (ikke z)
    PSU: Coolermaster 700G watt bronze 80+
    HDD1: 1 TB
    HDD2: 500 GB
    HDD3: 670 GB
    HDD4: 300 GB

    Intake fans: 3x 120 mm
    Exhaust fans: 1x 140 mm + 2x 120 mm (en med rød LED)
    Case: NZXT h440 red/black

I have messured the total watt usage with a multimeter to be 620 watt when really pushing it - so i still have some headroom there - but is it safe to run it?

Here is a list of my psu specs;
