I'm having difficulty with a PSU I installed just yesterday. It is a Corsair RM750i 80+ Gold Modular and I got it because the EVGA 650 80+ Gold Modular was also making a weird noise.
The Corsair one however, is making the noise (kind of like a buzzing sound) at idle. The sound is about 30-35 dB at a distance of about a meter (3 feet).
