I have a dilemma. I am on a budget build, so price matters a lot. I am deciding between a Non-Modular PSU, Semi-Modular PSU, and Fully Modular PSU. I have some examples of what PSU for each type. See below:

Non-Modular: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650snlb9
Semi-Modular: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/antec-power-supply-hcg620m
Fully-Modular: https://pcpartpicker.com/part/evga-power-supply-120g10650xr

Now, I have a corsair 500R, and that case has cable management holes, and plenty of space for it. Cable Management is not a problem, although I wouldn't mind it being avoided. What are the pros and cons to all 3 Modular Types? Also, which ever one you pick, if you think there is a different PSU that costs the same or less than the one you are switching, feel free to tell me. Thanks in advance!

Modular vs semi-modular: There really isn't a difference here because you need to use the 24-pin and 4+4 pin cables to power the motherboard and CPU. Having the option to remove those two cables on a PC build make absolutely no sense. And non-modular is good if you have a ton of hard drives, GPUs and plan to use every single cable. If not, get one of the others.
