Question Psu extensions

Are they safe?I dont want to go for a full kit so iam thinking about extensions.Do they interfere with the regulation of the psu in any way?

I've used several CPU power cable extensions without issue. Buy from a good retailer and you should be fine. Which cable do you need?

OK. You've piqued my curiosity. Why do you need to extend all the cables from the PSU? And which PSU?

Clearly for aesthetic reasons.Its a Corsair RM650x 80 plus gold.

Yeah, I'll have to pass on that. Doesn't seem like a good idea to me. That is an instance where a replacement cable mod kit would be perfect. Especially since you say it is for aesthetics. But for some reason, you don't want to go there.

Cause they cost as much as the psu.
