PSU Failing Under Load?

After playing games for a bit, or sometimes immediately after starting one, I get a full reboot. No warnings. Heres the specs:
i5-4690k CPU
Hyper212 EVO Cooler
Antec True Power C 750W PSU
Sapphire 280x GPU
Asus z97-3 Mobo
2x 7.2k RPM SATA HDDs
1x 250GB SSD
3x 120m Fans

The OS is on one of the HDDs. The whole rig is about 2 years old. I set the auto clock back to stock on the CPU and switched the GPU out for a spare, working one. Same results. HWMonitor doesn't show any temperatures above 50c for any length of time, nor does it show wild deviations in voltages before it restarts. Browsing the internet for any length of time does not trigger the issue. I've taken the whole thing apart, cleaned contacts and everything, same results. Has the PSU started to go? I bought the PSU with over 200w more than I needed for the setup to avoid exactly this problem. I don't have a spare PSU to swap it with to test, but I really have a hard time believing a 750w psu cant provide 550w under max load after only 2 years. I should note that the restart is sometimes (but not always) accompanied by my handy Asus BIOS informing me it has detected a power surge and restarted the computer to protect components. Turning this feature off yielded no results.

That's exactly what I thought, but unfortunately I do not have another one to test it with. Well, I do have a modular Antec 550w, but I can't find all the cables.

The only cable I can find is the ATX cable (because it is not disconnectable from the PSU). I've started the process of contacting Antec to replace it or repair it as it is still within the limited warranty.

I do, and I have switched them and tested it again with the same results. The other psu I have is modular and I have lost all the cables except the 24-pin connector which does not detatch.

Yes, according to the documentation in the box it came in, the 750w PSU has a 5-year limited parts and labor warranty which I am assuming means if it breaks they will replace or fix it. Hope they just send me a new one and a box to send this one back in, I really dont fancy being without a computer for 4-6 weeks.

So i finally found the spare cables for my other PSU and hooked it all up. Everything works. For reference the PSU that I'm using is an old (2012) Antec Basiq 550w that I used for 3 years before i bought the 750w Antec True Power. Looks like Antec's quality has been slipping over the last few years. In their defense, though, they did approve my RMA (at my own cost) and it looks like it will cost me about $20 bucks to ship it to them and get a replacement. My new Corsair PSU is on its way by the end of the week, though.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
