I have 2 questions:

1. I have this PSU http://www.amazon.co.uk/Be-Quiet-Pure-Power-L8-CM/dp/B005JRGVAW/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1438852245&sr=8-1&keywords=be+quiet+430 with this case http://www.quietpc.com/ctc-coolcube?gclid=CKiCqIKMlMcCFa3MtAodFXUKzw. Now the PSU sucks in air so which direction should I have the fan facing? Towards the case mesh or towards the motherboard?

2. I will only have 2 hdds in this case and was wondering if I can get one molex cable to sata x2 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Molex-to-2-SATA-4-pin-15-pin-Hard-Drive-Dual-Power-Adaptor-Y-Splitter-Cable-/251169263950?hash=item3a7adad14e to power the 2 hdds, will be safe or should I get individial wires for the hdds? I want those cables because of cable management.

Motherboard is Asus Maximus VI Impact

I still think they will make a fair amount of noise, but nothing horrible.

^ unfortunately any 40mm fan will make a lot of noise - but the fd's are at least bearable.
Honestly its a bad choice of case for good quality components - I'm currently doing a build with a £21 avp Hyperion case which supports 3x120mm fans & 2x80mm fans & been nothing but impressed by it.

I would consider buying 2 cheap 3 pin 40mm fans ,a molex to twin 3 pin adapter & volt modding them to 7v or maybe even 5v
