Hello,
So i got new PSU, but thinking which direction should i put it into the case. Because in my case, you can put the way, that it would inhale air from undercase, or you can reverse, and make it suck air from the inside of the case. But which is better? As for fans, because from ground it gets a lot of dust and also fans are upside down, so wont bearing gone bad much faster if it would be up?

Can do either/or....

Pulling fresh air "in" (ie fan facing down) is preferred, generally speaking. The PSU would then have it's own airflow (in from bottom, exhaust out back). If you face the fan up, it'll be pulling in warmer/recycled air from your other components.

That being said, there are some considerations:
1. Will this case be on carpet? If so, the case "feet" may sink into the carpet a bit, restricting the airflow to the PSU.
2. Is the intake on the bottom filtered? Looks to be, but not 100% sure.

No, it is on the ground. It is sucking air, whethever you would make it so it inhales from bottom, or from inside the case, it has some kind of "filter" but its like, i could say its joke, but it does smth, cause i find the city of the dusts on it, so it stops the biggest dust balls as we can say. But im mostly concerned about fan itself, because about gravity, if fan is placed so it inhales from case, it will drop onto frame and motor, if i would make it , so it inhales from outside, the fan will drop down, so i'm thinking that bearing will be open for dusts and also it will become faulty much faster, but I dont think it will, but last psu fan started making noise, but it could been bad psu fan.

Looking at the quality of the case, it's not fully filtered - so dust is a probability regardless.

The fan is secured in place.... nothing would 'drop', regardless of orientation.

If there's breathing room below the case (ie feet are not sinking into carpet), then I'd suggest fan facing down.

Today I inserted my psu, actually the net is really afective. All bigger dust particles are stuck to the bottom of this filter, and only very small dust particles comes to fans, so i think im alright here. PSU : Seasonic S12ii 620, so i think i will be fine for long time, but need to dont forget to vacuum the filter every month or so on
