Psu fan produces a lot of noise

So I have a cryptic power pc and supply/turbo cool 1200w power supply but the 80mm delta fan in it is super noisey I was just wondering if it's possible to open it up and replace the fan I already know that the capacitors hold a lot of energy and to leave it unplugged for a while before performing this but other than that I know little about opening a power supply I searched it and found that one person disabled the delta and put a 120mm fan on the outside but I see no way for that to work with my case. I don't want to buy a new one because my system uses 1000+w and those psus are still expensive and this one still works great just noise. Anyone have an idea how to quiet it down or replace the fan?
