Question PSU fan running at max speed constantly

I have a Couugar GX 1050W Gold, and it makes the only fan noise in my pc, even when doing nothing, can I do soething to lower the rpm or i need to replace the entire PSU. Is a solution to change the PSU fan or the temp sensor is dead?

The Cougar GX 1050W Gold is a 10 year old model. If you do not have experience working on a power supply you should not even open it.

I chanhed my case a year ago that was when i noticed the unpleasent sound that it makes, so for at least 1 year
I've been using the psu from 2014 or so, it is a pretty old psu
I have a ryzen 7 2700x and a gtx 1080
