PSU Fan Running Loud

I'm really confused. When I'm starting My PC Immediately I hear loud fan Noise (It's quite healthy noise, but it's wind-like noise because of speed). I Checked RPM-s of CPU and Case fans, everything is running as usual in this sector. Checked Video-Card fan in MSI AfterBurner (Set to Auto, but as usual). I Think it's probably a PSU, but It's quite powerful to handle all of the parts. It was running perfectly since i built my PC (Month ago). After start of a PC, It randomly runs at high speed. Sometimes it ends in minutes, sometimes it keeps going, until i turn it off.
Power Supply is Thermaltake Smart 730W 80 Plus.
