PSU Fan stopped working - Can a new PSU work with old components

I have the silent pro gold 1000w and the fan recently stopped working, and now I am looking to buy a new one. I built my current computer back in 2011 and what PSU would work for this build?
Does new PSU support older components? The links below are my specs

Would both be be a great replacement for your system and it's plenty of power and compatible.

OR if you are wanting to just replace the PSU fan as you can do that too..

Personally I would get https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817438094 or the 750W (NO need for the 1000W or higher heck even a 550W would be good enough) (I have the 650W and its great it would be plug and play with the stuff you have

No need to reinstall the whole system , just replace the PSU and make sure to only use the cables that come with the NEW power supply.
