Psu fan suddenly loud?!

It's been around 2-3 weeks that i bought the thermaltake tr2 600w psu. Yesterday the fan started spinning when it never did before... do you guys have any idea what it could be?

Yeah, it's one of the very worst PSU's on the market, absolute garbage.

Replace it as soon as you can with a quality PSU before it goes and takes out your PC.

Seasonic Focus Plus

Corsair RMX

EVGA G2 or G3

Yes, it's THAT bad.

if the fans are on now check that nothing is clogging the power supply. see if there a 3 party program to check the units fan and temp. if the fan is on check the power supply temp see why it running hot. most newer power supply fans should not be hurd. if you can hear it the fan can have gone bad or somoehow you pushed it into the power supply or case. with the pc off and unplugged see with your finger if the fan moving fine or it bound.
