PSU for 100€

Solution
HEC are an OEM - they build PSUs to the specifications of whoever ordered. Same as FSP, Superflower, Seasonic, Flextronic, CWT, Andyson and etc.

It is rather shortsighted to appoint a good product from a good brand bad, just because they share an OEM name with a cheap product from a cheap brand.

This are your best choices. Your system will use approximately 300W under heavy use - so getting a quality 600-700W is the best choice.

Out of those - I would most likely go with the Seasonic S12II-620 or with the FSP AURUM S 600W.

Thank you for answering, are you sure this system only uses 300w? 4 fans, custom cpu cooler, Sapphire Nitro r9 390 (max 375w), i5-6600k 91w. I had a thought about Seasonic S12II-620 but i thought its too weak in terms of OC.

I can say you are over exaggerating some of the numbers. I can see you are using TDP (Thermal Design Power) ratings which are different from actual power consumption.

The 390 Nitro with a 4790K managed 328 watts. Your mileage may vary + / - 15% depending on how you overclock - if you do it at all. The 6600k also consumes less than the 4790k.

That is quite funny. I don't know which forums are you reading.

"In terms of performance, the Pure Power L8 700 W unit did better than we usually expect from a product designed with value in mind. The electrical performance of the power supply was very good, with great regulation and ripple suppression, while the electrical efficiency of the unit is quite high for an 80Plus Bronze design."

I use an L7 for 3 and a half years now - no problems whatsoever.

Corsair CS750 is the worst of the bunch. It uses Chinese capacitors and it is famous for aging fast, dropping the watts it can supply and dying quickly.

The Fractal is a so and so unit. Not amazingly bad, not amazingly good.

From out of those that you specifically chose - Seasonic is the answer.

In the end - do what you do. It is your choice.
