[SOLVED] psu for 2600x and rtx 2070

I've got a really bad corsair vs 450 now that is dying I think, making weird noises putting my pc into sleep no being able to start from sleeping. so I need a new one and I want it also for when I upgrade my pc(not going to upgrade to exactly 2600x and rtx 2070 it going to be around that hardware I'm thinking of upgrading to Ryzen gen 3 or 4 or something but want the psu to also work the so i dont need to get a new one then also)

so what psu should I get? (preferably a corsair or evga)

also the 80+ gold, bronze, silver etc. is there any other difference than being more efficient like lasting longer or something?

ed. not the most expensive also but a reasonable price(>100€)
