PSU for 3570k and GTX 960

Hello. Is this power supply (FSP Blue Storm II) good enough to run i5-3570K with GTX 960. I have it and it has been sitting around for some time now, and I was wondering if it's any good to run this system...

not the best one out there but decent enough. if you planning to get an upgrade for pc then a new psu should help
