PSU for 5970 + GTX 260

Hey, I was planning to build a new gaming rig, I was just wondering what kind of PSU I would need for a 5970 as my main card, and the GTX 260 as my PhysX card. I have a 750W PC Power & Cooling, but I'm not a 100% sure if it would be enough.

Do you have the link of your PSU?, usually with a 750W is enough, but isn't the same a 750W plus certified, that a 750W Plus bronze certified.

Oooh. Cool. It's actually cheaper due to the mail in rebate & free shipping, awesome! I might grab this when I have extra cash, though I take it my current PSU is enough? I'm not going to keep it forever as my old rig will need a PSU, but until I can get one, it should work fine?
