PSU for a system

I plan to upgrade my existing PC with a Q9450, 4gb DDR2 and GTX 970 twin frozr 4gb,
I know the cpu is going to bottleneck the gpu, but i will also need a new PSU for my system. I am on a tight budget and was looking for a decent supply under $60 and i think i am gonna buy CM masterwatt 500 lite, any other recommendations?
Oh and i will probably underclock the GPU because of lower consumption and lessen the bottleneck.

I am from Macedonia, I plan to go from some local sites, budget like i said is around 60E
