PSU for AMD Pnehom ii x 6 1090 T overclock

So, after some years having this CPU, decided to OC it. Currently i am between a EVGA 600 B1 80+ BRONZE or Seasonic 620W 80+ Bronze, so i would like to know opinions from the community for this PSUs (as this is the firsst time I'm going to OC). Thanks.

Also, I planning run it along with ASUS R9 380.
