Will we really need a new PSU to accommodate the requirements posted for the Broadwell CPU?

I know some people will say you may just have to disable some CPU settings (like C6/C7 for the Haswell) but I can't find anything on the VCCST requirement. Now that the Z97 board is out, you would think we'd be hearing something from the PSU makers, but I haven't seen anything yet.

Specifically, how are these 3 requirements going to met with current PSUs?
1. V_PROC_IO connection with a 1.05V power source.
2. VCCST Power supply
3. a new THRMTRIP.

I suspected that requirements 1 and 3 would be met by motherboard modifications, I just can't find anything relating to a VCCST power supply. I know what VCC is. The ST is the part I can't find anything about. And all the articles on the Broadwell that list these 3 requirements all use the same terminology by saying " a new VCCST power supply". That's really the part I don't understand.

Great! Thanks. That's the first article of dozens I've read that gives you that information.

Just out of curiosity, do you know what the ST designates when it says a VCCST power supply? I know the VCC is the positive supply voltage. Not being an electrical engineer (just a retired commercial airline pilot) I don't know about all the abbreviations. It's killing me not to be able to figure it out.
