Hi there!
I consider buying a new PSU for my rig, which will be then overclocked.

Specs:
AMD Phenom II X4 955BE OCed to 4.0GHz
ASUS Strix GTX 950

So from reading forums and searching on the web I found these power supplies (with prices at my location):

ZALMAN ZM600-LX (50$)
Seasonic S12II-620 (79$)

As you can see Zalman is considerably cheaper and my question IS IT WORTH IT? Seasonic is from my understanding a quality PSU but I found many complains about clicking in that PSU.

PS: I'm on a tight budget.

Seasonic, XFX, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. You get what you pay for with a power supply. It is not worth a lesser unit to save on the budget. Save up until you can afford a quality unit which will last you more than the life of one computer... The XFX 550w below is a good go-to PSU on a budget.

The problem is that XFX PSUs are not widely available in my country (Czech republic). I could get them only from small batch importers, that means that returning a faulty one would be really expensive and doubtful (at best) compared to other brands of PSU (including Seasonic) which I could return in my local town. So XFX however they are good is a no-way for me.
