PSU For FX 8320 and GTX 750?

Hi, I am wondering how many watts my power supply should have (at minimum) to run the specs below. Keep in mind I am already running an FX 4300, GTX 750 and 8 GB of ram with a 350w psu.

AMD FX 8320
8 GB RAM

Basically, you are adding an extra 30W demand on the PSU at max usage due to the new CPU. Unless you want to post your present PSU's specs, I'd say move to at least a 400W good quality PSU. If you think you may want to OC and/or if you expect to upgrade the gfx card in the future, I'd look into a good quality 500W or better.
