Im going to buy an AMD radeon r9 280x (best for the money).

I have 600W PSU. Do I need stronger one?

As far 600w is concerned , it is fine , you can overclock it as well. I would suggest you to buy Seasonic M12II 620 BRONZE.

if it is the nesteq model with 46a on the +12v rails you're fine

if it's that horrible one with 30a on the +12v rails then you need a new PSU
