Psu for Gpu

I have decieded to use this psu

my questions are
1- is this ok with r9 furyx
2-is this ok with 980ti
3-if there is a better one for the same price can you please provide

yes its ok with the 980ti. dont know about the fury. check out the price of the EVGA G2 650w in your area, get whichevers cheaper

out of the two cards get the 980ti.

What CPU do you have ?

Both show ~~600W under FULL load which is kinda too close, not counting your CPU.

That is recommendations for the total system! Taking into account all overhead and based on generic PSU's not quality units like the XFX.. System load with either card will not reach 500watts.

Agreed, still it is nice to know what CPU he uses, because AMD CPU's tend to draw more power.
Also it could be good to know what resolution he uses. Never said that it wont be enough but, looking @ different reviews like

If he gets a spike of full load I'm not sure that 650w will be enough.
Still he can trust in such a quality unit.

hes fine with that.

to give you an idea i have a 980ti with an overclocked i5, drives running in the background, a 32" 1440p monitor, modemrouter, telephone etc all up draws 400w from the wall at full load.

yea that was my first choice...but if i choose xfx i can save some cash for wireless card and a medium sized pizza with a soda ...Thanks for the quick answer by the way...^_^

hehe.....btw is using a msi h81m-e34 motherboard...go for i5 and these 2 gpu's

Try to get up to B85 or H97 board for PCIe ver 3.0 it is starting to matter with cards in that performance range, the H81 is PCIe ver 2.0
