my questions are
1- is this ok with r9 furyx
2-is this ok with 980ti
3-if there is a better one for the same price can you please provide
(please use these websites www.gear-up.me or www.computerpad.ae)

Solution
It will do fine for either!
To go better price goes up but this is the best of the best http://computerpad.ae/product/evga-supernova-750-g2-750w-80-plus-gold-certified-psu/

What CPU do you have ?
http://www.realhardtechx.com/index_archivos/Page362.htm
Both show ~~600W under FULL load which is kinda too close, not counting your CPU.

That is recommendations for the total system! Taking into account all overhead and based on generic PSU's not quality units like the XFX.. System load with either card will not reach 500watts.

Agreed, still it is nice to know what CPU he uses, because AMD CPU's tend to draw more power.
Also it could be good to know what resolution he uses. Never said that it wont be enough but, looking @ different reviews like
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/amd-radeon-r9-fury-x,4196-7.html
If he gets a spike of full load I'm not sure that 650w will be enough.
Still he can trust in such a quality unit.
