PSU for Graphics Card (Please Help)

I have the following desktop -
HP Compaq dc7900 Convertible Minitower

I plan to install the following graphics card -
HIS Radeon HD 5670 512MB GDDR5

My system configuration is as follows -
Core2Duo E8400 3.00 Ghz
2GB DDR2 RAM
250 GB Seagate HDD
DVD-RW
Windows 8.1 32bit

I opened up my cabinet and saw that the PSU says 365 watt.
Will the PSU be able to run the Graphics Card?

Chances are it will. But check how many amps it has on +12v

upgrade your ramb also if it is possible......

That is the best rail split IMO but it should be ok.

Every component of that PC is old except for the OS...

And it matters why?

Radeon HD 5670 - 26A and a 400W PSU minimum on the 12v rail. its kind a risky thing man due to unknown quality of your psu

The PC is an HP workstation. The PSU has HP written on it.
How do I check the quality?

hp is not an oem psu manufacturer. seasonic which is, manufactures also xfx products or corsair and termaltake most of them are channel well tech. can you info about yours? brandmade towers dont usauly use quality psu.

The UL Number on the PSU is E132068.
I looked it up on the UL Online Certifications Database.
The Manufacturer is LITE-ON.
Will the 365 Watt PSU be able to power the HD 5670?

lite-on is cheap chineese psu but as long a its listed they are not faking it on the specs so i think is worth trying.also the 5670 as far as im concerned it drows power only from the pci express. no need for extra power.

You are right. The HD 5670 only draws power from the PCI express slot.
I checked PSU wattage requirement on Newegg PSU Calculator.
I got 280 Watts.

In this case quality matter more than quantity. How well will your PSU work at near full load? I guess very poor.

I recommend swapping out the PSU for a Corsair VS450 or Corsair CX430 (Recommended), If you do this you can rest assured your computer won't blow up .
