Those CM PSUs are all tier 3 units. OK, but you can do better for slightly more: http://www.eggxpert.com/forums/thread/323050.aspx
Between those 3, Probably the Silent Pro. It has the best +12V specs. They are all 80+ Bronze.

They are both a step up from the Cooler Master.
