psu for gtx 760 hawk sli

Can i run gtx760 sli on seasonic 620w psu or coolerMaster thunder 700w

620 would be pushing it, 700 would be much better.

Hawk has 230w on max..My specs i5 3570k corsair h55 cpu cooler two 120mm top coolers and one bottom mobo g45 z77 ram 1600mhz hyperx ssd 120gb hyperx and 1tb hdd

Yeah, that's why I said pushing it. At 100% load, 760 SLI will be around 575w or so. The problem is PSUs degrade over time, so the 700 would last you a little longer. It also gives you more amps to use, taking some stress off of the PSU.
