PSU for gtx 780 SLI?

Yes, I was gonna buy XFX. But the problem is that I'am from Norway, and I can only use one site since I'am gonna get all of my other components at same time from thet site. Since of that it got alot harder. Can you help me to choose? I'am on a budget, so please don't go over it. Max 1200 nok = 200 dollars. Help me to pick from these PSU's: http://www.supersmart.no/CBC.aspx?q=c:36217;pfd😛vk-e3041r194r195

Ok I see 3 good ones in your price range.

Antec HCG 850. This one may not be in stock but the non modular one is.

Corsair HX 850.

( OCZ ) PC Power and Cooling Silencer MK III 850.

Any of these will do but the Corsair and the PC Power and Cooling are 80 Plus Gold and newer designs. The Antec is still quite good though.

Which of these would you have choosen? And why is it important with a good PSU?

Any of them. The PC Power and Cooling is excellent and looks good as well. My choice would be either the Corsair or the PC Power and Cooling. Just get the one you like better. Both are excellent.

A quality power supply is needed to provide stable, clean power. This is especially important in a high power system with more than one high end graphics card like yours. A junk power supply can cause your system to be unstable and even cause crashes and in extreme cases even damage your components.

Thanks. One last question and I pick you as best solution. What do the cooler in this PSU? OCZ PC POWER AND COOLING SILENCER MKIII 850W 80PLUS GOLD?

I'd go with the Cooler Master V850 for 1199 Kronks or whatever they are. The Cooler Master's new V series is fully modular and of top quality with a better cooling fan than even Seasonic has. Cooler Master is breaking into the high end gaming market with these supplies.

The cooler? PC Power and Cooling is just the brand. They are owned by OCZ and called OCZ outside of North America. Here they are just called PC Power and Cooling.

Nvm. But another guy on this thread said that this would be a good/better choice? http://www.supersmart.no/PartDetail.aspx?q=p:6394523

Frankly, either one of them is a win and of good quality. All I know is the Cooler Master V series uses the same manufacturer as Seasonic, yet has the best fan in the industry. Just read some reviews of each and see what you think.

Alright, I choose the one I like best :).

Coolermaster like Thermaltake is usually junk. However that model is a rebadged Seasonic X series. It is one of the best units on the market. They are very new and I forgot to even look for it because I don't even bother looking at Coolermaster usually. It is excellent. You really can't go wrong with the Coolermaster the ( OCZ ) PC Power and Cooling or the Corsair. They are all high end power supplies. All are 80 Plus Gold certified and all are modular. You can really pick the one you like the looks of and be certain you are getting an excellent power supply.

Seasonic is the manufacturer.
