Psu for HD6970 + total system.

Hello good people!
I'm buying a Radeon HD6970 (yes, only one) and I would like to know if my Termaltake TR2 RX 750W is going to be able to handle my GA-890FXA-UD5 mobo; AMD Phenom II X6 1100T; 4 coolers (5 with the one on the processor); 2 sticks of RAM; DVD/cd-RW driver and a regular SATA HDD + the HD6970 without any problem.

Yes it will. But im not very sure on crossfire (if you ever plan on that)
