it will be able to run your system, but id say get a bigger (600w or more) for better overclocking headroom, as 550 is kinda limited.
why are you getting a mini-ITX motherboard and a full-sized ATX case?

As with the 3.5 ghz it should be fine but if you overclock to a great amount not sure if it is enought, im getting gtx 970 with an i7 2600 3,4ghz and 500w is enought for that system
