Hey guys, the question is above is the Corsair TX650M Gold enough for the i7 10700k and the Asus RTX 2070 Super Dual Evo Advanced?
Here are my other specs:

MoBo: MSI Z490 A-Pro
OS: Win 10
RAM: 32 GB Corsair Vengeance
CPU Cooler: Kraken X63 RGB
Case: BeQuiet Pure Base 600
Storage: 1x Samsung SSD 1 TB, 1 x Seagate 750 GB HDD, 1x Samsung SSD 250 GB
Monitors: 1x 1440p 27 inch ACER, 1x 1080p Acer 24 inch

And would it even suffice (Corsair TX650M Gold) if I changed my PSU to a 3080 or 3080 TI, because according to PC Part Picker it would be close.

I dont want to overclock (I have MCE disabled, only Intel Turbo Boost is enabled). So should I be fine?

How old is the unit in question? If it's the 2070 Super, then yes, provided the PSU is brand new or used a year with minimal taxing. If you're going to drop in the RTX3080 or higher, you're going to need something more beefy, like 800W~850W and a higher pedigree PSU considering that the RTX 3000 series are power hungry.
