Question PSU for i7 13700K and 4070ti (oc)

Hi. I am planning a PC build however the wattage recommended on PCP is 668w I tend to go safe by going for a PSU with double or close to double the recommended wattage (to avoid system shutdowns from power spikes). A brand however that I am not familiar with popped up with a 1050w Gold PSU however for just £10 more I could get an Antec 1300w PSU instead?

A good 850W would do just fine, but price check against 1000W, they are often very close in price.

Yea my as well just go 1000 in most situations.

I have a 7900x and 4070TI and I pull 500 watts while gaming.

Shift 1000 looks like a good unit comes with the correct cables as well.

Why do you want to OC your 13700k anyway? its already binned to eek out all the performance.

I would just focus on enabling XMP unlocking turbo duration and leaving the rest on OC mode if you got one in your GPU profile.

1080p monitor for 4070ti? you can easily do 1440p ViewSonic XG2705-2K OMNI 27.0" 2560 x 1440 144 Hz Monitor (XG2705-2K) - PCPartPicker

Side note: have you checked the 7000X3D reviews? the 7900X3D is available now.
