Hello everyone!

I've started building a new PC and now I'm looking for a PSU to go with it.
The components are:
CPU: i7 8700
GPU: RTX 2070 Gigabyte Gaming OC
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX Black 16GB DDR4 3000MHz
MB: Gigabyte Z370 Aorus Gaming K3
CPU cooler: Noctua NH-U12S
Case: Fractal Design Define R6 with 3 fans
Storage: 1x M2 SSD, 2x SATA 3 SSDs, 1x 1TB HDD

Regarding the PSU - I am looking for something future proof. I believe that a 650W should be enough, given that the components tend to be more efficient.
Looking over the offers in my country, I am at a crossroads between:
  • Seasonic Focus+, 80+ Gold, 750W > reference price, 125$
  • Seasonic Prime Ultra 650W 80 PLUS Gold > 13$ more
  • Corsair RMx Series RM750x 750W 80 PLUS Gold > 4$ more
All 3 benefit from different discounts, making the price affordable and within the budget.

As for my expectations: performance and noise level. From what I found so far, the Corsair would be the most silent of the 3. Not too much info about the Prime Ultra though, but from the little I was able to find, it is better than the Focus +, more silent and more efficient. The Seasonics are louder overall, but after about 450W load, which I don't think I will achieve - so these should run silent for me.

I have seen many recommendations for the EVGA Supernova G series, but currently the price is too high here, mostly due to low availability.

Thank you in advance for you suggestions and recommendations.
